Off Campus Solutions has provided Sierra College with
an innovative "win-win" solution. We received tremendous customer service, and our students are happy.
—Jon Hamblen, Residence Life Supervisor, Sierra College Housing
In Reviewing the responses to our RFP, OCS actually addressed the questions from the proposal. This included a personal touch that foreshadowed the dedication that would be required to run our off campus program successfully. The other roposer preferred to send their standard prepared marketing brochure and respond in a manner more to their suiting than what we had requested. In addition, that attention to our needs and managing of difficult start up issues clearly showed the choice was the correct one. The personal and corporate investment by the OCS team topped it all.

As you know, during these challenging times, all colleges are competing very hard for robust enrollments. One of our highest priorities for 2008-2009 was to not only maintain our recent enrollment growth, but to reduce our attrition of first year students. We believed with providing off campus dining options would add to student satisfaction. And, after reviewing our second semester enrollments, I am convinced that the introduction of Off Campus Solutions to the Endicott community was a vital part of the College reaching its goals. We achieved a retention rate of first time students from the fall to spring semester in excess of 95%!
— Lynne O'Toole, Executive Vice President/Vice President Finance, Endicott College
